graphics that are designed and compiled by me, you may not alter
my graphics in anyway, including re-sizing, "chopping them
up" to take certain views and areas off them, you may not
claim anything on my site as your own work.
Some of my flash greeting cards I have designed
use copyrighted poems or verse added to them, permission to use
this work is always sought first before adding them to my index,
I firstly show the finished greeting design to the owner of the
copyrighted material, so as to meet with their approval of the
design their copyrighted work is on, only then, is it ever added
to my index.
All files on my flash site are linkware, please
use the small graphic located on the files page to link back to
me.
Websets must be used complete and not mixed with
other designers websets, please don't modify any of the graphics
that are with the sets.
None of my graphics may be directly linked from
my pages, this means graphics in gif and jpeg format, you must
download them to your own hard drive.
If you use any of my flash web site templates please
do not remove the copyright or link back to me, to do this will
invalidate your use of them.
Please do not alter any of the codes in my courtesy
calling cards, this will also invalidate your use of them.
